The future of Medicinal Cannabis isn’t corporate – its community owned.

Our journey has been powered by the community from the very beginning. Through two successful crowd-sourced funding (CSF) campaigns, we’ve welcomed over 1,400 investors who share our vision for a cleaner, fairer, and more affordable medicinal cannabis industry.

In our first raise in 2024, we secured $1 million from more than 600 investors, helping us put into place the infrastructure to successfully cultivate medicinal cannabis at a commercial scale — from greenhouse construction to insect exclusion grow areas.

In 2025, our second raise built on that momentum, adding another 800 investors and raising nearly $1.4 million, bringing our total CSF funding to $2.4 million and allowing us to begin construction of our post-harvest areas to process up to 9.5 tonnes of medicinal cannabis yearly.

These funds are helping us fast-track the journey to commercialisation — supporting critical steps in infrastructure development, product innovation, and operational scale-up. Most importantly, they’ve allowed us to stay true to our roots: community-owned, locally grown, and proudly Australian-made.
